We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to handle customer interactions over the phone. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to achieve targets while maintaining a positive brand image.
Make outbound calls / handle inbound calls to customers
Explain products or services clearly and professionally
Generate leads, schedule appointments, or close sales (as applicable)
Follow call scripts and company guidelines
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details
Address customer queries and resolve issues politely
Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and performance targets
Follow up with potential or existing customers
Good verbal communication skills (English and/or local language)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, or calling software)
Ability to persuade and handle objections calmly
Customer-friendly attitude and active listening skills
Minimum qualification: 10+2 (Graduate preferred)
Experience in telecalling or customer support is a plus (freshers welcome)
