Customer Relationship Manager

• Call customers post-purchase or post-service to gather feedback and understand their experience & Call customer Pre service to explain the price/specification

• Identify customer concerns, issues, or suggestions and escalate to relevant departments if needed

• Record customer responses and observations accurately in the CRM system

• Maintain follow-up logs to ensure timely closure of customer issues

• Build positive customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction is tracked regularly

  
  Requirement :
  

  • HSC/Graduate with Minimum 2yrs of experience in Tellecalling

  • Good communication & Basic Excel or reporting skills
