Job Summary:

The Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers. The role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The CRE also plays a vital role in driving sales and promoting services or products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and emails.

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and services.

• Resolve customer complaints and ensure effective problem resolution.

• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.

• Maintain customer records and update CRM systems regularly.

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery.

• Meet or exceed customer service and sales targets.

• Gather customer feedback and share insights with the team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

• 6 months of experience in customer service, sales, or a similar role.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

• Multilingual capabilities (if required for the region).

• Knowledge of the company’s products and services.

• Sales-driven attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.
