Job Description

  • Customer Relationship Management

    • Maintain good relationships with existing and new customers.

    • Understand customer needs, financial goals, and requirements.

    • Handle customer queries and provide timely solutions.

  • Insurance & Investment Sales

    • Explain life insurance policies, investment plans, and financial products.

    • Generate leads through calls, references, and customer follow-ups.

    • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.

  • Customer Follow-up

    • Follow up with prospective customers.

    • Remind customers about policy renewals, premiums, and required documents.

    • Maintain regular communication with customers.

  • Financial Product Explanation

    • Explain policy benefits, premium, maturity, risk coverage, and terms.

    • Help customers select products according to their requirements.

    • Clearly communicate charges, conditions, and exclusions.
