Job Description

The Millennium India is hiring confident and enthusiastic Female Telecallers / Fundraising Executives for our fundraising team. The selected candidates will be responsible for making phone calls to potential donors using the database provided by the NGO and ensuring proper follow-ups to confirm donations.Key Responsibilities: • Make outbound calls on the data provided by the NGO • Explain the NGO’s mission and social work to donors • Convince and motivate people to donate for a cause • Maintain proper follow-ups with interested donors • Handle donor queries professionally • Maintain daily calling and follow-up records • Ensure timely donation confirmationRequirements: • Only Female Candidates can apply • Good communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus) • Strong convincing and interpersonal skills • Polite and professional calling nature • Basic knowledge of telecalling/customer handling • Freshers can apply (training will be provided)Perks & Benefits: • Incentives based on performance • Training and guidance provided • Friendly working environment • Opportunity to work for a social cause • Career growth opportunities in NGO sector
