Job Description

Manage electrical product orders from receipt to dispatch and final payment collection.
Coordinate with sales, purchasing, and other departments for smooth order execution.
Track deliveries, resolve issues, and ensure timely order completion.
Maintain order documentation and update ERP records accurately.
Communicate order status with customers, sales teams, and vendors.
Coordinate dispatch logistics, shipment documents, and payment processes.
Follow up on pending orders, deliveries, and outstanding payments.
Maintain accurate records and prepare reports as required.
Support promotional activities and company events when needed
