Generate leads for customers interested in Personal Loans through outcall campaigns and promotions.
• Tag all calls in the dialler and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system for efficient tracking and follow-up.
• Pitch end-to-end information about Personal Loan offers and effectively convert customers.
• Provide customers with detailed product information, explaining terms, conditions, and eligibility criteria.
• Guide customers through the documentation process required to avail a loan, ensuring clarity and understanding.
• Maintain complete knowledge of loan policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
• Coordinate with branches for document collection and processing of loan applications.
• Follow up with customers until the loan case is successfully disbursed, addressing any concerns or queries promptly.
• Explain in detail any special offers or promotions available to customers, maximizing conversion opportunities.
• Provide accurate information regarding the documents and information required for loan applications.
• Actively participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
• Stay updated on changes in policies, regulations, and processes related to personal loans.
• Generate high-quality leads and contribute to increasing the conversion rate of leads.
• Maintain excellent communication and relationship-building skills to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
