Receptionist Duties:

Front Desk Management:

Managing the reception area, greeting and directing visitors, answering phones, and handling mail and deliveries.

Administrative Support:

Providing general administrative assistance, such as managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and maintaining office supplies.

Communication:

Answering inquiries, providing information, and directing calls to the appropriate personnel.

Office Security:

Maintaining visitor logs, issuing badges, and ensuring the security of the reception area.

Customer Relationship Management:

Customer Interaction: Addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Relationship Building: Fostering positive relationships with customers through proactive communication and personalized service.

Feedback Collection: Gathering customer feedback and communicating it to relevant departments.

Customer Support: Assisting customers with information about products and services.

Sales Support: Assisting sales teams with coordinating meetings and preparing sales materials.
