Job Role:
Customer Relation Executive manage client relationship by combining outbound telecalling (Lead generation, cold calling) with inbound customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

· Build and maintain strong, long – lasting customer relationship

· Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions and recommendations

· Perform cold calling, follow up on leads and secure appointments for the management

· Accurately log customer interactions, update customer details and maintain CRM records

· Answer customer inquiries via call and email

· Provide accurate information regarding company products, services or policies.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree (BA, B.Com, B.Sc, BBA)/MBA in Sales & Marketing.

Required Skills: Excellent verbal communication, active listening and basic computer proficiency

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 6 months - 3 years of experience.
