Job Description: Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)

Position: Customer Relationship Executive

Experience: 1–3 Years

Location: Mohali

Salary: As per industry standards


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and in-person interactions.

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure high customer satisfaction.

  • Resolve customer issues, complaints, and queries promptly and professionally.

  • Provide product/service information and assist customers in making decisions.

  • Follow up with customers for feedback, renewals, and pending documents.

  • Update and maintain CRM records, customer logs, and reports.

  • Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Accounts) for smooth customer service.

  • Assist in retention, upselling, and cross-selling when required.


Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Good command over English & Hindi (additional languages is a plus).

  • Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM usage preferred).

  • Positive attitude, patience, and professionalism.

  • Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
