Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and in-person interactions.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Resolve customer issues, complaints, and queries promptly and professionally.
Provide product/service information and assist customers in making decisions.
Follow up with customers for feedback, renewals, and pending documents.
Update and maintain CRM records, customer logs, and reports.
Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Accounts) for smooth customer service.
Assist in retention, upselling, and cross-selling when required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good command over English & Hindi (additional languages is a plus).
Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM usage preferred).
Positive attitude, patience, and professionalism.
Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
