Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Telecaller to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for calling potential customers, explaining loan products, and generating leads for financial products like Mutual funds, Insurance, loans

Key Responsibilities:

·         Make outbound calls to potential customers to inform them about company & mutual fund product.  

·         Understand customer needs and suggest suitable Financial products – Mutual funds, Insurance, loans

·         Follow up on leads and convert them into successful sales.

·         Maintain a database of customer information and call records.

·         Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

·         Handle customer queries courteously and professionally.

·         Coordinate with the sales team and documentation team for smooth loan processing.

·         Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, interest rates, and different terms.

 

Key Skills Required:

·         Good communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi/English languages).

·         Persuasive and confident telephone manner.

·         Target-driven with a positive attitude.

·         Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools preferred).

 

Qualifications:

·         Minimum 12th pass

·         Experience in tele calling or sales (especially financial services) is an advantage.

·         Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
