Job Title: Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Insurance Telesales

Location: Koramangala 4th Block, Bangalore

Job Overview:

We are hiring dynamic and persuasive Customer Service Representatives for an outbound insurance telesales process. The role involves reaching out to potential customers and promoting insurance products over the phone. Key Responsibilities:

●       Make outbound calls to prospective customers to sell insurance products.

●       Clearly explain insurance features, benefits, and pricing to customers.

●       Overcome customer objections with confidence and product knowledge.

●       Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

●       Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions.

●       Ensure quality and compliance standards are met in every call.

Skills & Qualifications:

●       Minimum Education: HSC or equivalent.

●       Experience: At least 6 months of experience in BPO telesales or any outbound sales process.

●       Languages Required: Malayalam

●       Communication: Must be clear, confident, and customer-focused.

Work Schedule:

●       Shift Window: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM (9-hour shift)

●       Rotational Week Offs

●       Female shift ends by 7:00 PM

Compensation:

●       CTC Range: ₹19,000 – ₹24,000 per month

●       Take Home Salary: ₹16,500 – ₹21,500 per month

●       Salary will be based on experience, language proficiency, and performance during assessment.
