Customer Relationship Executive

We are looking for a dedicated CRM with expertise in Customer Handling and Tele sales sector to join our team , located at Kilpauk , Chennai. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing both inbound and outbound calls, conducting cold calls to potential audiences, and following up with current customers to maintain strong relationships. The position offers 15 to 20K along with a dynamic work environment.

Job Description:

• Conducting outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products.

• Building rapport with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to generate leads and drive sales.

• Addressing customer concerns and overcoming objections to influence buying decisions through persuasive sales conversations.

• Collaborating with sales teams to schedule appointments, demos or consultations for qualified leads.

• Achieving or exceeding individual targets and goals related to lead generation, appointment setting and sales conversion.

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
