Position Summary:

We are looking for a confident, well-spoken female Telecaller with excellent communication skills and a minimum of 1 year of experience in customer interaction or telesales.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to explain products and services.

2. Handle inbound calls and resolve queries from potential clients.

3. Generate and follow up on leads effectively.

4. Maintain and update customer contact records.

5. Coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups and appointments.

6. Email marketing.

Candidate Requirements:

• Female candidate with at least 1 year of relevant experience.

• Strong verbal communication in Hindi and English (Gujarati is a plus).

• Confident, polite, and persuasive on calls.

• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, CRM tools preferred).

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 1 - 6+ years Experience.
