Vertical Digital Sales (E-Channel)

🔹 Designation: Customer Relationship Executive

🔹 Process: 100% Voice | outbound Calling

✅ REQUIREMENTS:

Relevant Experience Letter is Mandatory

Graduation Mandatory
Minimum 6 months & above experience in Outbound Sales
Excellent communication skills
Only Sales background candidates required

AGE : 19 TO 32.

💼 Job Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to customers

🌐 Call existing customers who have visited our website (warm leads)

💬 Understand customer requirements and explain insurance products

📝 Sell insurance policies and close sales effectively

🎯 Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

🤝 Build and maintain strong customer relationship

❌ Note:
Candidates with Collection or Customer Service experience will NOT be accepted

Shift Timings & Week Offs:

Rotational Shifts: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM (Any 9.5 Hrs. shift)
📅 5 Days Working
🔁 2 Rotational Week-Offs

💰 SALARY PACKAGE:

✨ Experienced: Up to ₹27,000 (In-hand) | CTC: ₹3.7 LPA

📌 Salary depends on years of experience & last drawn CTC
