Job Responsibilities:
• Contact potential customers through calls and explain home loan products.
• Generate leads and identify customer requirements.
• Guide customers regarding loan eligibility, interest rates, and documentation.
• Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
• Coordinate with internal teams for application processing.
• Maintain customer records and update CRM systems.
• Resolve basic customer queries and provide support throughout the loan process.
Requirements:
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Experience in telesales, banking, finance, or loan sales preferred.
• Basic knowledge of home loans and banking products.
