Role Overview
We are seeking a CRM Executive to manage customer interactions, data, and relationship processes across sales, service, and marketing touchpoints. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate customer data management, support customer engagement initiatives, and enhance overall customer experience through effective CRM practices.
Responsibilities
Manage and update customer data in CRM systems accurately and timely
Track customer interactions, inquiries, and follow-ups across channels
Support sales and marketing teams with customer insights and reports
Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaint coordination
Assist in customer retention, loyalty, and engagement initiatives
Generate CRM reports on leads, conversions, customer behavior, and performance
Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer communication and issue resolution
Continuously improve CRM processes and documentation
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management.
Minimum 1 year of experience in CRM, customer service, sales support.
Prior experience using customer databases preferred

Knowledge of CRM systems and customer data management
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Analytical skills for reporting and customer insights
Attention to detail and data accuracy
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
