We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive to join our team at Client Of Sarvajith Infotech. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities:Tele Sales. Handling Inbound & Outbound calls

Making Follow-up calls & Fixing appointments
Outbound Calling on Data collected through lead generation activities
Handling the customer queries
Keep records of call

• Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
