Job Description:
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently
Respond to patient and family inquiries regarding services, admissions, and facilities
Provide accurate information about treatment programs and processes
Coordinate with the clinical and admissions team for patient follow-ups
Maintain call records, inquiry logs, and follow-up details
Assist in patient admission coordination and documentation
Build and maintain positive relationships with patients and their families
Follow up with prospective leads and referrals
Address basic concerns and escalate issues when required
Ensure confidentiality and sensitivity while handling patient information
Qualifications:
Graduate in any field (preferred: Psychology / Social Work / Healthcare / Business)
Prior experience in telecalling / customer support / healthcare coordination preferred
Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
Skills Required:

Strong listening and empathy skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM systems
Ability to handle sensitive situations professionally
