Job Summary
We are looking for a goal-oriented Telesale's Executive to join our loan processing team. You will be responsible for engaging potential customers, identifying their financial needs, and guiding them through the loan application journey—from initial interest to document submission.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Outreach: Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote various loan products (Personal, Business, or Home Loans).
Needs Analysis: Ask targeted questions to understand a customer's financial requirements and perform initial eligibility profiling.
Product Expertise: Clearly explain loan features, interest rates, repayment terms, and eligibility criteria.
Documentation Support: Assist clients in gathering necessary KYC documents, income evidence, and bank statements to ensure a complete application.
Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily/monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) like call volume and conversion rates.
