Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) – Sales to handle inbound and outbound leads, coordinate with the sales team, and ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound & outbound calls for sales enquiries
Generate and follow up on leads received from walk-ins, calls, and digital platforms
Schedule test drives and coordinate with sales executives
Maintain customer data and lead status in CRM/ERP system
Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales
Provide product information, offers, and schemes to customers
Ensure proper documentation and coordination till vehicle delivery
Handle customer queries and provide timely resolution
Collect customer feedback post-delivery
Achieve monthly lead conversion targets
