Key Responsibilities – Sales (CRE in Showroom)

• Welcome and assist walk-in customers, ensuring a positive first impression.

• Understand customer requirements and connect them with the right sales consultant.

• Explain vehicle features, finance options, insurance, and promotional offers.

• Coordinate smooth vehicle delivery, including documentation and formalities.

• Maintain customer records in CRM and follow up for feedback and referrals.

• Call and update customers on new launches, exchange offers, and promotions.

• Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the purchase journey.

Key Responsibilities – Service (CRE in Workshop/Service Center)

• Greet customers at the service center and understand their service requirements.

• Coordinate between customers and service advisors for accurate job card creation.

• Keep customers informed on repair status, estimated costs, and delivery timelines.

• Handle customer complaints politely and escalate when needed.

• Remind customers of service due dates, warranty, and insurance renewals.

• Take feedback after service delivery to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Maintain updated service records and generate reports for management.

• Build long-term relationships by ensuring transparency and trust in service handling.
