Customer Engagement: Build strong, personal relationships, acting as the main point of contact for service needs.
Service Coordination: Schedule service appointments, remind customers about maintenance, and facilitate vehicle drop-off/pick-up.
Complaint Resolution: Handle customer feedback, complaints, and escalations professionally, working with the workshop for solutions.
Database Management: Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
Sales Support: Provide information on offers, features, and finance, and follow up on new/existing leads.
Reporting: Prepare reports on customer satisfaction, performance, and feedback.
