Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Telecalling Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining our products/services, answering queries, and closing sales. Job Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to customers who have applied for or enquired about every loan facility.
Explain loan products, interest rates, and eligibility criteria to potential customers.
Understand customers' needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions.
Follow up with leads and maintain a healthy pipeline of potential clients.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
Achieve monthly targets for lead conversion and loan closures.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge.
Job Requirements:
