Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate in our Noida office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing solutions, and ensuring excellent service experience in Insurance.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer queries via phone professional manner.

Cross sell about the insurance policies

Provide feedback to improve customer experience and internal processes.

Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate.

Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English

Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations calmly.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
