Customer Care Representative

Must have:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills 

• Should be able to converse in English, Hindi + either of these languages – Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam

• Outbound calling to existing customer for renewal/ retention and co-ordinate with channel partners for closure of renewal 

• Upsell and Cross sell as per the campaign
