Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls

• Resolve queries and provide accurate information

• Maintain call quality and follow company procedures

• Update call records and ensure proper documentation

• Meet daily performance targets

Eligibility:

• Minimum qualification: HSC or Graduate

• Good communication skills in English, Hindi or regional languages

• Basic computer knowledge
