Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Answer customer queries and resolve issues efficiently.
Promote and explain products/services to potential customers.
Identify customer needs and close sales effectively.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Maintain customer satisfaction through prompt and empathetic support.
Requirements:
Education: Minimum 12th pass.
Experience: 0 to 3 years (Freshers are welcome).
Age Limit: 18 to 30 years.
Languages: Proficiency in English, Kanada, Tamil, Malayalam and Hindi.
Skills: Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in Excel.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Sales or customer service experience is a plus.
