Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Care Executives in Voice and Sales processes. If you have strong communication skills and enjoy interacting with people, we’d love to hear from you!


Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.

Answer customer queries and resolve issues efficiently.

Promote and explain products/services to potential customers.

Identify customer needs and close sales effectively.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

Maintain customer satisfaction through prompt and empathetic support.


Requirements:

Education: Minimum 12th pass.

Experience: 0 to 3 years (Freshers are welcome).

Age Limit: 18 to 30 years.

Languages: Proficiency in English, Kanada, Tamil, Malayalam and Hindi.

Skills: Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in Excel.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

 Sales or customer service experience is a plus.
