• Calling on the database provided by the company.

• Provide detailed information about ongoing and upcoming real estate projects, pricing, payment plans, and site locations to customer.

• Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns, property portals, and walk-ins.

• Maintain a customer database (CRM) and update status of leads regularly.

• Coordinate and schedule property site visits for clients with the sales or field team.

• Ensure timely communication and confirmation with both clients and internal teams.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to enhance customer retention.
