Job Summary:
We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to handle customer queries, provide accurate information, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat
Provide accurate information about products and services
Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution
Build strong relationships with customers for better retention
Meet daily/weekly performance targets
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (preferred)
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
Strong communication skills (Hindi/English)
Basic computer knowledge
