Job Title: Customer Care Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic Customer Care Executive to handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers, and ensure excellent service delivery. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.

Make outbound calls for sales/support as required.

Maintain call logs and customer records.

Work collaboratively with the team to achieve targets.

Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and professional interaction.

Requirements:

Any Graduate / Diploma holder.

Good verbal communication skills in English and Tamil.

Prior experience in a voice process (domestic or international) preferred.

Basic computer knowledge.

Willingness to work in rotational shifts if required.
