Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and organized Admin Executive to handle daily office operations, customer coordination, and service scheduling for our AC service business. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth communication between customers and technicians.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer calls and WhatsApp inquiries

  • Schedule AC service, repair, and installation appointments

  • Coordinate with field technicians and assign daily jobs

  • Maintain customer database and service records

  • Follow up with customers for feedback and repeat service

  • Manage billing, invoices, and basic accounts records

  • Track daily service reports and update management

  • Handle basic office administration tasks

Required Skills

  • Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)

  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, email)

  • Strong organizational and multitasking ability

  • Customer handling skills

  • Ability to coordinate with field staff

Preferred Qualifications

  • 12th pass / Graduate

  • Prior experience in service industry (AC, appliance, or maintenance business preferred)

Salary & Benefits
