Customer Care Executive – Voice Process
Job Overview
Robust Net Technologies is hiring Customer Care Executives for a Voice Process.
We are looking for candidates with excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and an interest in sales and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities:-
•Handle customer calls professionally through the voice process.
•Understand customer requirements and provide suitable assistance.
•Generate leads through customer interactions and follow-ups.
•Convert potential leads into sales opportunities.
•Handle customer queries and maintain good customer relationships.
•Follow up with prospective customers.
•Achieve assigned calling, lead generation, and sales targets.
•Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Eligibility & Requirements:-
•Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass.
•Experience: Freshers and Experienced candidates can apply.
•Candidates with experience in BPO, Customer Care, Telecalling, Telesales, Voice Process, and Lead Generation .
•Age: 18–35 years.
•Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
•Good convincing and customer-handling abilities.
Comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.
•Basic computer knowledge preferred.
~Candidates with exceptionally strong communication skills may be considered even without prior BPO experience.
