Telesales Customer Care Executive

A Tele Caller plays a crucial role in building customer relationships, promoting services, and addressing client

queries over phone calls. The primary responsibility is to act as a communication bridge between the company

and its clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and contributing to business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Interaction:

o Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

o Address customer queries, resolve complaints, and provide product/service details.

2. Sales & Promotion:

o Persuade clients to purchase services, renew subscriptions, or avail of new offers.

o Share promotional offers and upsell company services when applicable.

3. Data Management:

o Maintain accurate records of calls, client feedback, and outcomes.

o Update customer details in the database as required.

4. Communication:

o Deliver information clearly and confidently, using a polite and professional tone.

o Understand customer needs and suggest suitable solutions.

5. Coordination:

o Collaborate with other teams like sales, customer support, or operations to ensure seamless

service.

Desired Skills:

 Strong verbal communication in relevant languages (e.g., Hindi, English, regional languages).

 Ability to handle objections and manage customer expectations effectively.

 Basic computer proficiency for managing call records and CRM tools.

 Positive attitude with good interpersonal skills.

 Goal-oriented and self-motivated to meet targets.

Educational Qualification:

 Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduate preferred).

Work Environment:

 Office-based role with fixed working hours.

Responsibilities of a Tele Caller:

1. Outbound & Inbound Calls:

o Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services.

o Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide prompt, accurate information.

2. Customer Engagement:

o Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and suggest appropriate solutions.

o Provide a positive customer experience by maintaining a polite and professional tone.

3. Sales & Lead Generation:

o Convert cold leads into potential customers by explaining the benefits of the company’s offerings.

o Follow up on leads and close sales by meeting or exceeding targets.

4. Problem Solving:

o Address customer concerns and resolve issues effectively.

o Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department for further action.

5. Data Entry & Record Keeping:

o Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and outcomes.

o Update customer information in the company database or CRM system.

6. Achieving Targets:

o Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets set by the company.

o Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall business goals.

7. Feedback Collection:

o Collect and report customer feedback to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.

8. Coordination:

o Work closely with other departments such as sales, operations, and customer support to ensure smooth

customer interactions and service delivery.

9. Compliance:

o Adhere to company policies, procedures, and guidelines during customer interactions.

o Maintain confidentiality of customer data and follow data protection guidelines.
