Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to manage client interactions, resolve queries, and ensure a smooth customer experience in the real estate process. The candidate will act as a bridge between clients and the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
Address client queries related to properties, pricing, and services
Maintain strong follow-up with leads and existing customers
Coordinate with the sales team for site visits and closures
Maintain accurate customer records in CRM or Excel
Resolve customer complaints in a timely and effective manner
Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction
Build long-term relationships with clients
Requirements:
6 months to 1 year of experience in customer care/telecalling (real estate preferred)
Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks
Preferred Skills:
Experience in real estate or customer support role
