Job Title: Customer Care Executive (CSE)

The Customer Care Executive interacts with walk-in customers, providing product and service information and handling business transactions efficiently. The role involves responding to customer inquiries, supporting sales, resolving complaints, and maintaining customer satisfaction while adhering to company policies.
Facilitate smooth branch operations, delivering excellent customer service while ensuring policy compliance.
Handle day-to-day transactions like gold estimation, customer queries, document verification, and KYC processes.
Attend walk-in customers, respond to inbound calls and emails, and provide information regarding Muthoot’s products and services.
Manage complaints by providing timely solutions and escalating unresolved issues to relevant teams.
Maintain accurate records and customer data related to daily transactions.
Communicate, remind, and follow up with customers about accounts, payment schedules, and overdue payments to build strong customer relationships.
Actively promote and cross-sell financial products to existing and potential customers.
Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines, company policies, and ethical standards.
Identify fraud or suspicious activities and take corrective actions as necessary.

Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM or ERP systems is desirable.
Knowledge of local languages and market dynamics is an advantage.
