Reminder calls to customers for Vehicle servicing (PMS/RR/PS)

Arranging/coordinting for pick and drop of vehicles from customer place to workshop and vice versa.

Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.

Overseeing the relationship of your customers handled by your team.

Resolving/escalating customer complaints quickly and efficiently.

Keeping customers updated on the latest products in order to increase appointments.

Meeting with managers in the organization to plan strategies.

Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing these.
