We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Telesales and Customer Support Representative. In this dual-role position, you will be responsible for driving sales through outbound calls and providing exceptional support to existing and potential customers. Your goal is to increase customer satisfaction, generate sales opportunities, and build long-term relationships.
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert prospects into customers.
Maintain accurate records of all sales and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
Provide product information, troubleshoot issues, and resolve complaints in a timely manner.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and positive communication.
Collect customer feedback and relay insights to the management team.
Proven experience in telesales, customer service, or a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Good problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office tools.
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
