Job Description

Handle both Inbound and Outbound Calls (Blended Process).
Make a minimum of 150 outbound calls daily.
Send a minimum of 150 WhatsApp messages daily for follow-ups and customer engagement.
Handle inbound customer inquiries and convert them into sales.
Follow up with interested customers and close sales.
Explain products, offers, and resolve customer queries professionally.
Update customer details and call records in CRM/Excel.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
