• Handle incoming calls, emails, and chats from customers professionally.

• Provide information, assistance, and resolution for customer queries and complaints.

• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products/services to increase sales (upselling).

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly upsell targets and KPIs.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all products and services.

• Educate customers on new offerings and promotions.

• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales using CRM systems.

• Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.

• Coordinate with internal departments for order fulfillment, product queries, or technical issues.
