Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote short-term personal loan products.
Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements clearly.
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate loan offerings.
Follow up on leads provided and convert them into successful applications.
Maintain call logs, lead status updates, and daily productivity reports.
Handle customer queries and ensure timely resolution.
Comply with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, conversions, and sales.
Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth loan processing.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).
0–2 years of experience in telecalling/sales; BFSI experience is an advantage.
Strong communication skills in English and regional languages.
Good persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM updates).
Self-motivated, target-driven, and disciplined.
