📍 Location: Kolkata ,Salt Lake Sector V

💰 Salary & Incentives:

Freshers: ₹15,000 in-hand + weekly & monthly incentives

Experienced Candidates: ₹16,300 in-hand | up to ₹18,000 CTC + incentives

🗣 Language Requirements:

Fluent in English & Hindi (mandatory)

🕒 Working Schedule:

6 days working

1 rotational week off

📌 Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions

Maintain accurate customer records

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Follow company policies and quality standards
