Job Title: Customer Support Executive

Location: Sector 18, Udyog Vihar, Gurgaon

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 CTC per month

Qualification: Undergraduate / Graduate (Both can apply)

Shifts: Rotational Shifts & Rotational Offs

Work Mode: Work from Office

Job Description:

1. Handle customer queries via calls, emails, or chats efficiently and professionally.

2. Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues within the set timelines.

3. Maintain customer satisfaction by ensuring quality and timely assistance.

4. Keep records of interactions and update the CRM system accurately.

5. Coordinate with internal teams for quick resolution of escalated issues.

6. Meet performance targets including call quality, response time, and productivity.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.

• Basic computer knowledge and typing speed.

• Positive attitude and ability to work in rotational shifts.

• Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply.
