🕐 Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Rotational Off)

⏰ Shift Timings: 8am to 5pm, 9am to 6 pm , 10 am to 7 pm, 11 am to 8 pm rotational shift (1-hour break)

Note: Weekly offs on rotation and national holidays off

✅ Who Can Apply:

HSC (12th Pass) with 1.5year to 2 years calling experience OR Graduate with minimum 9months tov 1 year calling experience

Male & Female candidates

Fluent in Hindi and basic English

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism

Resolve queries efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
