Key Responsibilities

Customer Journey Management: Support and guide customers throughout their 90-day program journey, ensuring they follow the process step-by-step for best results.

Customer Guidance: Clearly explain program steps, routines, and expectations so customers can easily follow the hair regrowth process.

Customer Motivation: Regularly motivate and encourage customers to stay consistent and committed to their 90-day transformation journey.

Program Support: Help customers resolve doubts, challenges, or difficulties during the program and provide practical solutions.

Data Maintenance: Maintain accurate customer data, progress updates, and interaction records in the CRM system.

Follow-up Management: Ensure timely follow-ups with customers to track progress and maintain engagement throughout the program.

Customer Communication: Handle inbound and outbound communication through phone, WhatsApp, email, and other channels professionally.

Customer Conversion Opportunity: Identify customers who have successfully completed their 90-day journey and guide them towards One-on-One personalized sessions for further improvement.

Cross-Team Coordination: Work closely with sales, coaching, and operations teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Customer Satisfaction: Deliver consistent support to ensure a positive experience and build long-term trust with customers.

Requirements

Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English

Strong customer handling and relationship-building skills

Ability to motivate and guide customers consistently

Good data management and record-keeping ability

Problem-solving mindset with patience and empathy

Ability to manage multiple customer interactions effectively

Willingness to learn and adapt to company processes
