We are looking for a Customer Support Executive who will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing timely and accurate solutions, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email or what's' app in a professional manner
Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently within defined TAT
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (Undergraduate with relevant experience may be considered)
Proven experience in customer support or customer service role preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
