V Callnet is looking for enthusiastic and goal-oriented Telesales Executives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, promoting company products/services, and closing sales over the phone.
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
Explain products and services clearly and confidently
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details
Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
Handle customer objections professionally
Provide excellent customer service and support
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Good command of English and/or regional language
Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure
Basic computer knowledge (CRM systems preferred)
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Prior telesales or call center experience is an advantage
