Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers for credit card sales.
Explain credit card features, benefits, fees, eligibility, and offers clearly to customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable credit card products.
Generate leads and convert them into successful credit card applications.
Follow up with interested customers and assist them throughout the application process.
Maintain accurate customer and call records.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with the verification and processing teams for application completion.
Maintain professional communication and good customer relationships.
Requirements
Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred.
Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with customers.
Sales-oriented and target-driven attitude.
Basic knowledge of smartphones/computers.
Freshers are welcome; experience in telecalling, banking, insurance, loans, or credit card sales is an advantage.
