Roles & Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services clearly.
Understand customer needs and offer relevant solutions.
Generate leads, follow up, and convert them into sales.
Maintain and update customer database regularly.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets.
Handle customer queries, objections, and provide accurate information.
Maintain professionalism and positive customer experience on every call.
Coordinate with the sales/operations team for closures and post-sales support.
Skills Required:
Good communication skills (English/Hindi/Kannada/tamil).
Strong convincing and negotiation ability.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Qualifications:
PUC / 12th pass / Graduate.
