Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads through field sales, telecalling, references, and customer interaction
Promote and sell credit card products to potential customers
Explain card features, benefits, and eligibility criteria
Assist customers with application and documentation process
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
Maintain good customer relationships for repeat business
Ensure compliance with banking and company policies
Coordinate with internal teams for application processing

Eligibility Criteria
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic understanding of banking or financial products preferred
- Sales-oriented mindset with target achievement ability
- Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
- Must be comfortable with field sales / direct sales activities
